Vijaya Adhikari EA,CPA
Vijaya brings 12 years of tax, accounting, auditing and advising experience to the firm. He started his career as an auditor with Blum Shapiro PC. After transitioning into tax and outsourced CFO, Vijaya worked with large local and national accounting firms, including Marcum LLP and Teplitzky and Company in different roles to Tax Manager, most recently as a Controller in Invoke Tax Partners, a Dallas based national firm.
His industry experience includes professional services, medical industries retails, restaurants, technology, and real estate. Functional experience includes accounting, auditing, tax compliance, tax planning, business consulting and payroll/sales tax. Vijaya specializes in complex business/owner tax structuring including retirement plans and multi-state tax returns. Vijaya particularly enjoys working with individuals, and those small and medium-sized businesses that are seeking a more personal touch.
Vijaya holds a CPA license in the state of Texas and Connecticut. He is also an IRS Enrolled Agent. In addition, he is a Mortgage Licensed Officer at Pioneer Home Lending. He earned his Master of Accounting and Taxation from Western G. University. Vijaya is a member of the Texas Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Vijaya lives in Arlington, Texas with his wife and two daughters. He serves on several community volunteer organizations.

Bishal Khatri is a Chartered Accountant from the institute of Chartered Accountant of India in 2019 after completing the 3-year article ship training from Rajesh Shankar Associates and Completed his bachelor’s degree in business studies from Tribhuvan University of Nepal in 2020.
He holds more than 5 years’ experience in providing audit and advisory services engaged in the various sectors such as healthcare, communications, manufacturing services, telecom, travel, financial, trading, technology sectors.He has immense experience working with clients operating in USA, UK, Europe & Asia.
He worked for more than 2 years as an Accounts and Audit Senior in Focus Consulting Services Private Limited (outsourced firm of Focus Somar Audit and Tax Accountants Limited, incorporated in the UK). Working experience: Tally ERP 9, Zero software, Sage, Capium, Data analysis with audit procedure and methods, payroll and account management.
Currently working as Account and Tax Manager in ADHIKARI CPA firm (USA CPA firm core in Financial Services , Mortgage and Health Insurance). Working with various firm's software like Patriot , Drake and Taxdome. He reviews systems and processes in use by each practice area and identifying areas for improvement in efficiencies and/or effectiveness and ensuring that applications are being used consistently across the firm.
